Time sucks

I find that increasingly these days I’m using the phrase “I don’t quite have the time at the moment…” For those who think I’m putting it on to get away from talking to them, I assure you it’s quite genuine. Right now, I have rather a large to-do list.

  • Finish Fourier Analysis assignment, and start a Fractal Geometry assignment.
  • Write a personal statement for my PhD application.
  • Mark 24 assignments (per week).
  • Change/author/test some Probability A questions.
  • Try to understand what the hell is going on Analytical Fluid Dynamics.
  • Do my usual admin duties at SFN.
  • Finish up vbLatex (it’s coming - honest!)
  • Write a whole load of code and start writing up my 30-page report for the project of death.
  • Profit?

The sad thing is that I just don’t think that I have the energy to go out and do the stuff I enjoy; stuff like working on the website, and shooting the various loveliness around campus. My photography is suffering no end, and until the project and exams are all over at the beginning of June, I really don’t see that the situation is going to improve.

Of course, you may argue that if I was actually organised, then maybe I wouldn’t be in such a pickle. Well, you’d probably be right, but that’s just not the way my brain works apparently.

I wish I had a time machine, simply so I could find the time to do all of this crap and, additionally, sleep.

Blah.
